The studio’s own product page and trade sheet describe the feature set, the denominations and the cabinets. Neither carries a return-to-player figure, so any single percentage attached to this title is somebody’s estimate.

Floor games in this franchise ship in several operator-selectable configurations. Published guide-level reading puts the series spread at roughly 85% to 98% — up to the individual casino and the local law.

The maximum win per spin Aristocrat states anywhere for this family is the scatter award: up to 250× your bet, from the studio’s own title descriptions. The maximum game-round win is a different event on a different route — the Hold & Spin cap, not a stake multiple but the sum of every locked orb plus whichever jackpot label lands, topping out at the standalone Grand.
Why the award columns are empty: no manufacturer sheet, regulatory filing or database publishes per-symbol values for Dragon Cash. Until a source fills them, the help screen is the paytable.

Aristocrat launched Dragon Link in 2017, saying at the time that its grand jackpot is a linked progressive while standalone jackpots cover the smaller levels. 1 · Read the denomination badge before anything else
On the front of the cabinet and again on the credit meter. The denomination is not a comfort setting here — it is the multiplier that sets two of your four jackpot values outright. Aristocrat launched Dragon Cash in mid and high sets from $0.05, $0.10 and $1.00.
2 · Set the bet level, and watch the line count move with it

One thing the matrix cannot settle: whether the configured return also shifts with denomination on your unit. Aristocrat publishes no figure, so the help screen is the only place that answer exists.
Four levels, but only two are progressives — and that one fact explains the photograph players keep posting, of a meter where the Minor outruns the Major.
The Mini and Minor are not progressives at all. They are fixed multiples of the denomination — 1,000× and 5,000× — so they never climb and never reset. The Major is a genuine progressive seeding around $500 and capping near $1,000 on the sets below a dollar. The Grand is the structural one: on this banner it is standalone, climbing on the money put through that one cabinet.
Put the two rules side by side and the arithmetic does the rest. At 25 cents a fixed 5,000× Minor is $1,250; at 50 cents, $2,500. The Major on those sets stops climbing at roughly $1,000. So from a quarter upward the Minor is permanently worth more than the Major, by design. Players who assume “someone just hit the Major” are reading a progressive story onto a fixed prize.
Two consequences worth carrying to the cabinet. The high-limit builds change the picture: there the Major seeds around $5,000 and runs to about $10,000, back above the fixed levels. And a standalone Grand climbs only on that machine’s turnover, so it moves far more slowly than a bank-fed pool — but the meter genuinely reflects what that cabinet has taken. Take this mechanic online and a deposit bonus rewrites the arithmetic above. We score offers on Net Payout Value × Friction: NPV is the headline figure after the rules that shrink it, Friction everything between that number and a withdrawal. Three lines decide most of it: the multiple and its base (35× on deposit plus bonus is twice the work of 35× on bonus alone), game weighting (link titles are commonly under 100% or excluded), and the cashout cap, which turns a jackpot into a fixed number whatever the orbs did.
Worked with your money, not ours. Deposit $50, take a matched $50 bonus at 35× on deposit plus bonus, and the base is $100 — $3,500 of required turnover. At 96% that costs an expected $140; at 88%, $420. Against a $100 maximum cashout, the ceiling is smaller than the expected cost either way. How are outcomes decided, and where do I check the certification?
